Prices of rooms in the hotel

The room rate is for one day*, includes services: breakfast (buffet), 12% VAT, high speed WI-FI Internet, business center,  fitness center, complementary 1 hour  visit to VIP sauna with swimming pool (from 8:00 to 22:00).

*Check-in time is 14:00; check-out time is 12:00 (noon) local time.

• If you arrive before 06:00, you will be charged for an additional full day.
• At check-in from 06:00 to 14:00, payment includes an additional 100% of the room rate.
• When checking out from 12:00 (noon) to 18:00, payment includes an additional 50% of the room rate.
• If you check out after 18:00, you will be charged for an additional full day.
• The hotel organizes meals: full board, half board – check the cost with the administrator
• Price for accommodation of the 3rd person in the room – KZT 10000.
• Price for children: from 1 to 6 years old - free of charge (if more than 1 child surcharge 5000 per child); from 6 to 12 years old – KZT 7000, from 12 to 16 years old – KZT 10000 per person. Upon check-in, you must present an identity document for each child (birth certificate, identity card or passport), a power of attorney for the accompanying person.
• Upon arrival for a half of a day, sauna is not available; the cost of breakfast in this case is KZT 3500 per person.
• Payments for accommodation can be made by credit cards (VISA, MASTER CARD, EURO CARD), cash, transfer.
• In case of non-cash payment from non-residents, all bank expenses are paid by the company.
• Team and corporate discounts are provided.
• All rooms have security and fire alarm systems, the building is guarded by Standard Monitoring Almaty Company.
• Meeting or accompanying service at departure: minibus  – KZT 6000 per trip.
• In case of failure to check-in, late cancellation or late notification of change of booking, the hotel shall be entitled to deduct a penalty of one night room rate.
• In case of booking of 5 or more rooms, cancellation without any penalty must be made no later than 5 days before arrival, from 1 to 5 rooms - 2 days in advance. Otherwise, the penalty of one night room rate will be charged for each room booked.

• organization and conduct of excursions;

• Uyut restaurant for 50-70 people,
• banquet hall for 80 people;
• conference rooms from 20 to 100 people
